Shipping, Returns and Refund Policy

Shipping

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 2–4 business days of payment being received. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Delivery times vary depending on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or other factors beyond our control.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, you may be required to pay additional shipping costs for re-delivery.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled as we begin processing immediately.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you are welcome to return your order for a full refund within 7 days of receiving the parcel. Please reach out to the team at krommehome@gmail.com for a Returns Form and we will process accordingly. Please be aware that Sale items are not eligible for a refund unless faulty. This includes items purchased using a discount code. These orders can be returned for a store credit only.

Non-Returnable Items

·       Personal items such as earrings, cosmetics, or undergarments

·       Digital products or downloads

·       Gift cards or sale items, this includes items that have been purchased with a discount code. Items purchased with a discount code can be returned for Store Credit only.

Return Shipping

While shipping the order to you is free, the customer is responsible for the return postage unless the product is faulty or we have made an error.
We recommend using tracked postage, as we cannot guarantee that returned items will be received.
