Returns and Exchanges

Exchange is welcome within 7 days of purchase. If you would like to exchange your order please contact us within this time frame to ensure we can assist you.

If your item requires return freight- protecting the item using the original packaging is imperative.It is the senders responsibility to ensure the item is returned in undamaged condition. 

Unfortunately Kromme Home does not offer refund due to change of mind.

All sale and discounted items are final sale.

Receiving Damaged Goods 

It is the buyers responsibility to check all items immediately upon receiving. 

If your order was received damaged in transit please email us with a description and supporting photographs at hello@krommehome.com within 24 hours of receiving goods.

Vintage Items

Return and Exchange is not available for Vintage pieces. 

We will always endeavor to best describe all of our vintage pieces through the description, supported with detailed photographs. Please keep in mind when you are purchasing a vintage piece, you are purchasing a second hand item and general wear may be expected. If you are unsure, please contact us before completing the purchase.
