Kromme orders are sent with tracking through Australia Post within Australia. Your order will be shipped within 2-3 business days. At present, postage timeframes are difficult to predict, so please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to arrive. Timeframes can also be impacted by whether you are located in a regional or metro area, public holidays and weekends. And you know, pandemics.
We also ship to the USA via DHL.
Exchange is welcome within 7 days of purchase. If you would like to exchange an item from your order please contact us within this time frame so that we can assist you.
If the item requires return freight - protecting the item using the original packaging is imperative. It is the senders responsibility to ensure the item is returned in original, undamaged condition. Kromme Home provides free shipping, we do not provide free returns. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to return the item.
Kromme Home does not offer refunds due to change of mind.

Receiving Damaged Goods
It is the buyers responsibility to inspect their goods upon immediately upon receipt.
If your item was damaged in transit, please email us with a description of the incident/damage and supporting photographs at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receiving the damaged goods. Kromme Home will replace the item as soon as able. If you wish to receive a refund, you must first return the product.
Return/Exchange is not available for vintage pieces.
We will always endeavour to describe our vintage pieces accurately through the listing description; supported with detailed photographs, measurements and descriptions of any visible or major damage. Please keep in mind when you purchase a vintage piece, you are purchasing a second hand item and general wear may be present.
